避免因thumb.db文件被系統訪問，無法刪除文件夾
經常碰到想刪刪不掉的文件夾，原因就是微軟讀寫了一個隱藏文件thumb.db，鳥，這玩意有P用，想辦法，想辦法。
1.開始->搜索欄->gpedit.msc 彈出策略組控制器
2. User Configuration –> Administrative Templates –> Windows Components –> Windows Explorer
3. 找到「Turn off the caching of thumbnails in hidden thumbs.db files「選項，關掉之
