Pin programs with custom launchers to taskbar

1.使用7 Taskbar Tweaker的Taskbar Inspector功能，取得AppID
2.利用mkshortcut.exe產生捷徑
mkshortcut.exe -output [Shortcut Name].lnk -target "%cd%\[Program Launcher].exe" -appid "[AppID]"
